Well I couldn't of asked for better customer service from a company! I contacted the We Love local and within an hour of leaving a voicemail, I had a phone call from the Director Valerie who was extremely helpful and informative. And despite the package never turning up (Not We Love Local's fault, this was due to NZ post!) Valerie was excellent at keeping in contact and made every effort to locate or organise the arrival of the gift box. I will definitely be ordering again sometime in the near future! - 19/11/2024

I ordered a gift for a friend in NZ (I am based in the UK). The customer service was second to none - I got updates on the progress of my order and a personal email asking about where to leave the box if the recipient wasn't in. She wasn't, but the company arranged for a safe place for the delivery to be left. The hamper came in a sturdy, wooden reusable box and the items (food and drink) were really lovely, local and excellent quality. I would definitely use We Love Local again to order for friends in NZ. - 25/10/2024
